The Union government is revamping its official websites and developing an AI hub to enhance information dissemination on government initiatives. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has introduced a Digital Brand Identity Manual to standardize the design of government websites. This initiative, encouraged by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, aims to create a cohesive digital presence to engage effectively with both national and global audiences.
The Information and Broadcasting Ministry is also working on a multilingual AI hub to facilitate the efficient distribution of information regarding various government projects. This platform will include multilingual translation capabilities to reach a broader audience across India. Additionally, initiatives like Digital India Bhashini and BharatGen are set to further enhance the country's AI landscape.
