Full Article

Vodafone Ukraine has created its own AI system for contact centers, with the launch scheduled for May 15. The Head of Digital Solutions and Platforms at Vodafone Ukraine, Sergiy Borislavsky, mentioned that the development and support of this AI system cost 'tens of millions'. The company is currently testing the MVP internally with about 30 people involved in the project.

The AI system will initially focus on improving the performance of Vodafone's contact center employees. It provides real-time feedback to employees on their performance, suggesting changes to scripts and communication strategies. Vodafone invested heavily in building its own hardware infrastructure and software part for the AI project, opting not to use ready-made large language models.
