Wealth mangers see huge potential in GenAI though yet to put it into practice

GenAI, artificial intelligence capable of generating data like videos, text, and images, is poised to revolutionize wealth management, but most industry players lack a clear long-term strategy. Despite 86 percent of financial institution executives acknowledging the disruptive potential of GenAI, 82 percent admit to lacking both a long-term strategy and short-term implementation roadmaps. Once adopted, GenAI can enhance client interactions, reduce costs, and improve productivity across the board, freeing up relationship managers' time to focus on more critical tasks.
