Sonic and Injective have formed a strategic partnership to create the Smart Agent Hub, the first cross-chain AI Agent platform. This initiative aims to integrate the Solana and Injective ecosystems, enhancing AI agent development across blockchain networks. By utilizing Sonic's HyperGrid technology, the platform will facilitate direct communication between the two networks, allowing for the execution of Solana smart contracts on Injective.
The partnership includes a bidirectional bridge for seamless asset transfers, improving liquidity and user experience. Eric Chen, CEO of Injective Labs, emphasized the need for infrastructure that transcends chain-specific barriers, while Chris Zhu, CEO of Sonic, highlighted the existing gaming ecosystem ready for AI integration. The first phase of this collaboration is set to launch in Q1 2025, targeting sectors like gaming, DeFi, and social platforms.
