The report also highlights a positive impact of AI on workplace culture, with 72% of respondents using AI daily and 85% acknowledging its benefits. However, concerns remain around AI-generated bias, user privacy protection, and safeguarding intellectual property. Employers are prioritizing upskilling employees to align with AI advancements, with internal development programs and technical certifications being implemented to support workforce readiness.
