SandboxAQ Taps Nvidia to Boost its Quantitative AI for Drug Discovery, Other Industries

SandboxAQ has partnered with Nvidia to enhance its large quantitative models (LQMs) using the CUDA-accelerated Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG) algorithm. This collaboration aims to enable highly accurate quantitative AI simulations for various industries, surpassing the capabilities of existing AI models.

The combined technologies promise computing speeds over 80 times faster than traditional CPUs, particularly benefiting computational chemistry applications in biopharma, chemicals, and materials sciences. SandboxAQ's equation-based computing technology, supported by Nvidia's hardware, allows for the prediction of molecular behavior and the generation of structures with desired properties.
