The platform is designed for applications with high computing needs such as AI model training, weather modeling, biomedical research, and machine learning. ACTIVATE aims to streamline the management of complex computing infrastructures across cloud and on-premises environments.
The ACTIVATE platform includes components like Cluster, Access, Workflow, and Control, enhancing the creation and management of HPC & AI clusters in the cloud, access to compute clusters via various interfaces, configuration and scaling of automated workflows, and web-based user interface for interacting with computing resources. Customers using ACTIVATE include the Department of Defense Defense Innovation Unit, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and large Federal System Integrators supporting Research to Operations efforts for national weather and water organizations.
