This feature, announced by Kevin Weil, is initially available to paying subscribers, including Plus, Enterprise, Teams, and Edu users. The rollout follows its successful introduction in mobile apps last month.
Advanced Voice Mode leverages GPT-4o's audio capabilities to facilitate natural conversations, responding to both verbal and non-verbal cues. Users can select from nine distinct voice options, each with unique tones, enhancing the interaction experience.
