GenZ and Millennial expect AI to improve work-life balance; women more comfortable than men, reveals report

A recent report by Deloitte reveals that Gen Zs and millennials believe that AI will positively impact their work-life balance. The survey shows that a significant percentage of both generations frequently use AI at work and anticipate it freeing up time for creative and strategic tasks. Women are shown to be more optimistic about working with AI and are more comfortable with its integration compared to men.

The report also highlights the willingness of Gen Z and millennials, across genders, to seek training on AI. It indicates that a majority of respondents feel their employers are providing sufficient training on the benefits and value of AI. Additionally, the findings suggest that AI will influence career decisions and may lead to some job loss, prompting the need for reskilling.
