The survey indicates that a majority of executives recognize the importance of consumer trends, with 49% identifying it as a critical area for improvement. Additionally, 69% of respondents view primary AI applications as essential for their operations. As sustainability becomes increasingly vital, 85% of those surveyed plan to maintain or boost their sustainability spending in the near future.
