The adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in Mainland Chinese companies has seen a steady increase over the past three years, with expectations for significant growth in the coming year. According to CPA Australia's Business Technology Survey 2024, nearly half of the accounting and finance professionals surveyed anticipate an increase in AI usage within their businesses. This marks a substantial rise from just 20% the previous year, highlighting a growing trend towards technological integration.

The survey also revealed that 72% of respondents have already implemented AI in their operations, with 29% using it consistently. The findings suggest that supportive government policies and advancements in technologies like generative AI are creating favorable conditions for businesses to enhance their decision-making and operational efficiency through AI integration.
