A recent survey by Rakuten Viber among Ukrainian users highlights a significant gap in AI awareness. Nearly half of the respondents, 47%, admitted they do not know what artificial intelligence is. The survey, which included over 20,000 participants, revealed that only 24% actively seek help from AI in their work or studies.
The findings also indicate that 51% of Ukrainians believe AI does not pose a threat to their jobs. While 31% are uncertain about AI's potential impact on their professions, only 18% feel that AI could replace their jobs. This suggests a cautious optimism among the workforce regarding the integration of AI technologies.
