The study highlights that AI Leaders prioritize expanding market share, improving productivity, and cost savings, contrasting with AI Followers who lack a defined strategy.

Despite the enthusiasm for AI's potential, Indian companies face challenges such as high development costs and difficulties in realizing ROI. The study emphasizes the need for better data governance and infrastructure investments to enhance AI performance. Additionally, it points out that 35% of executives are implementing explainable AI techniques to ensure transparency and accountability in their AI initiatives.
