'AI can not replace human character'

Dr. Raghunath Mashelkar emphasized the limitations of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in human life, stating that AI cannot replace the unique character of humans. He highlighted the importance of using AI to enhance skills rather than viewing it as a rival. The discussion took place during the 101st Foundation Day and Centenary Year celebration of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.

Dr. Mashelkar stressed the significance of education in shaping the future and urged universities to plan for future challenges. Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport and RTMNU alumnus, commended the achievements of the university and emphasized the need for cooperation and communication in educational institutions. The event also included the felicitation of best colleges, teachers, staff, and students.
