OPPO is set to release its new AI-empowered Reno 12 series phones in Dubai on 2 July 2024. The phones will feature unique AI tools such as AI Eraser, AI Summary, AI Best Face, and AI Clear Face apps. These tools aim to enhance user experience by offering advanced photo editing capabilities.
The Reno 12 series will be built on Google Gemini large language model (LLM) and will provide quick access to genAI tech through its AI Toolbox. OPPO plans to integrate AI across its entire smartphone lineup by the end of 2024, with a goal to have around 50 million OPPO AI Phones globally by the year's end.
