This new system incorporates second-generation GenAI Process Models to accelerate the discovery of innovative solutions. The report from BCG, The Network, and The Stepstone Group reveals that global talent is prepared to embrace reskilling in the face of GenAI advancements.

The study, based on survey data from over 150,000 workers in 188 countries, highlights that 75% of respondents anticipate some level of disruption from GenAI. Despite this, 57% are willing to undergo retraining to stay competitive in their careers. The findings emphasize the importance of proactive reskilling and development to navigate the evolving labor market.
