Wake Tech is threading AI literacy and skills training throughout multiple programs so all workers learn to leverage the technology.

College of Western Idaho launches an AI literacy center with GuardRailz AI, helping students and staff integrate artificial intelligence into education.

The University of Hawaii has partnered with Google to offer students and faculty across all 10 campuses free access to an online training course in artificial intelligence, Google's "AI Essentials, " which also certifies anyone who completes it.

"It's not just about programming and building tools, but even those who have no knowledge about computer science or coding, they can join this program because also, we have a bridge for them."

As businesses begin to acknowledge the presence of artificial intelligence embrace it, local colleges are taking note.
