The program aims to enhance the nation's AI capabilities by bringing in highly skilled researchers with advanced degrees and industry experience. The country faces a shortage of AI professionals, with fewer than 700 MA students graduating annually in related fields.
The initiative includes a Call For Proposals (CFP) inviting organizations experienced in managing foreign human resources to engage global AI experts in Israel's high-tech ecosystem. The program offers financial support covering a significant portion of the approved budget for participating organizations. Partnerships with entities and NGOs will aid in the integration of foreign professionals into Israel's tech landscape.
